POSITION SUMMARY: The Sr.Directorof Integrated SolutionsandProductivity will lead a regional team of TIAA product specialists (Integrated Solutions Directors) and business development coaches tasked with maximizing the effectiveness and success of the advisory teams we serve. The Sr. Director oversees and coordinates the efforts of our Integrated Sales Directors and Coachesas they seek to enhance the skills, knowledge and practice management routines of our Wealth Management Advisors. Responsibilities: Coaches and motivates a team ofIntegrated Solutions Directors and advisory Coaches to maximize client successwhile achieving IAS business forecasts. Coordinates with regional andlocal leadership to identify opportunities created by advisory team knowledge,experience and skill gaps. Collaborates on and implementsupon strategies to improve results and client outcomes. Provides Weekly sales reporting to IASManaging Directors and IAS Directors Createsintegrated solutions strategies and designs appropriate education andimplementation resources for Integrated Solutions Directors, sales and servicechannels Advocates and is responsible forthe client experience across solutions Acts as the primary point ofcontact from distribution to product development and management and investmentmanagement teams ensuring the Advisor and Client experience. Responsible for coordinatingproduct and investment education/updates/communication as needed for IntegratedSolutions Directors and sales roles across channels. Responsible for increasing integrated solutionadoption, per scorecard metrics, among Advisors in assigned region. Provides key input and feedback towardsproduct development and distribution, consults on execution plans. Identifies productivity increases, bestpractices and coaches team to scalesuccesses Ensures Integrated SolutionsDirectors are utilizing TIAA's broad range of resources and cultivatingpartnerships, including estate planning, portfolio management and insuranceplanning. Evaluates assigns and monitorsIntegrated Solutions Directors territories. Incorporates TIAA's overall strategy andapproach while developing strategic plans and goals for the territory Management Responsibilities: The Integrated Solutions Director works closely with WealthManagement Advisors and their leaders, enabling advisory teams to provideobjective and comprehensive advice designed to address a clients challenges. Witha strong command of our consultative sales process, in-depth understanding ofour planning and analysis tools and expertise in our retail solutions, the ISDaids advisors as they help clients address their challenges with TIAAsolutions. TIAA solutions included, but are not limited to, Managed Solutions(Managed Accounts, Private Asset Management, Trust Services), Insured Solutions(annuities, life insurance, and long term care), and TIAA Bank products. Our Coaching staff works closely with WealthManagement Advisors and their leaders, reinforcing our consultative salesprocess while strengthening the advisors practice management skills to createa meaningful experience for the clients they serve. Coaches are focused onimproving the speed to productivity for newer advisors, solidifying thepractice management routines of tenured advisors as their book of businessmatures and enhancing the skills of the field leadership team. QUALIFICATIONS: Required: 5-10+ years related experience work experience Bachelors Degree Required Series 7, 24 & 66 and applicable State & Insurance Life/Health licensing Required Preferred: Industry designations such as Certified Financial Planner(CFP), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Mutual Fund Consultant(CMFC) are also preferred Mustbe able to demonstrateexpertknowledge of financial planning concepts including broad knowledge industryproducts and services as well as having thorough knowledge of the retirementindustry including ERISA regulations, compliance and regulatory matters . Demonstrated experience understanding a client's uniquefinancial situation, providing appropriate advice and solutions, and exhibitingfinancial leadership.
