The Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in increasing sales and profit margins within assigned territories. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Employee must be a minimum of 18 years of age. Employee must pass all pre-employment, background check, and drug testing. Employee must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Employee must have good interpersonal skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, sales personnel, managers and coworkers. Employee must have the ability to multi-task Employee must be proficient at prioritizing tasks Employee must thrive in a fast paced working environment EDUCATION and REQUIREMENTS High School Diploma or equivalent required, some college recommended. DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES Employee must obey and abide by all Chadwell Supply policies, procedures, and guidelines whether oral, written or implied. Build direct relationships with TSMs and customers as needed via order processing, expediting, troubleshooting, problem resolution and other customer and TSM support methods as required. Enter customer orders and returns Support reno dept. , TSMs and customers with renovation projects in assigned markets as required. Generate customer quotes Produce and print custom catalogs, labels and order forms as requested Perform Competitors product crosses Strategically involved in the activating accounts, improving penetration in low buying accounts, and CAP accounts relations by assisting National Account Team and Sales Management as required. Generate and track special order requests as relayed from the TSMs and RSM. Communicate with local vendors on special order product needs. Communicate with purchasing, customer service and special order teams as needed Occasionally assist with delivery of product if beneficial to company and/or requested by sales or operations management. Participate in regular corporate sales and operations events such as sales meetings, inventory, and grand openings, etc, as required. Other duties as assigned.
