Description: Position Purpose: Provide strategic leadership and comprehensive product performance management of Long Term Care. The position will be accountable for strategic planning, local market guidance and support for health plan membership management, operations, financial management, product development and the overall success of the Long Term Care Support and Services products and membership. Track utilization trends and implement case management interventions to deliver high quality outcomes, operational compliance and financial performance. Lead root cause resolution of challenges across departments. Research changes and updates to government regulations and health plan guidelines. Direct the development and implementation of work processes and operational systems for Long Term Care. Lead innovation and communication within the health plan and in partnership with vendors and community organizations. Build internal and external network of relationships to ensure implementation of Long Term Care best practices.
